Born Nomfundo Ngcobo on 18 July 2000 in Ndwendwe, KwaZulu-Natal, she has always had a passion for music. But before she became Nomfundo Moh, she was a young girl with big dreams and a determination to make them a reality. Her musical journey started in 2016 at the age of 16, and just a few years later, she found herself signed to Universal Music South Africa.
In 2021, she released the breakthrough hit “Lilizela”, which was later certified platinum in South Africa. This song introduced her to a wider audience and set the stage for her debut studio album, Amagama (2022). The album, featuring hits like “Phakade Lami,” “Lilizela,” and “Umthwalo”, reached Platinum status and established her as one of the most exciting new voices in the industry.
