Spreading Joy at Shooting for the Stars Montessori Potchefstroom
The festive season beckons, and Shooting for the Stars Montessori in Potch stands ready to bring cheer. Proudly announcing Thier role as a drop-off point for the Santa Shoebox Project, they invite everyone to thier location at:
14 Neethling street, Bailie Park, Potchefstroom.
More than Just a Box: A Personal Gesture
What sets this project apart is its personal essence. Donors are informed about the child they’re gifting – their name, age, and gender. Each box, lovingly packed, includes essentials such as a toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, a washcloth, sweets, a toy, school supplies, and an outfit, ensuring all items are new and age-appropriate.
Donors are encouraged to involve their own children in the process of personally selecting the name of a child from one of the centres or children’s homes, and putting together his or her individualised, age appropriate Santa Shoebox gift.
