Founded in 1905 as Potchefstroom College, Potchefstroom High School for Boys boasts a rich and diverse heritage that continues to thrive today. Competition and Camaraderie
Potchefstroom High School for Boys divides its learners into four houses: Barnard, Granton, Milton, and Buxton. Throughout the year, these houses compete in the Wood’s Bowl competition, earning points through achievements in sports, academics, culture, and social activities. This competition fosters healthy rivalry and teamwork, strengthening the bonds between learners.

Milton House Wins Cross Country! 🏃♂️💨
The celebrations kicked off with an exciting cross-country race, where students pushed their limits to earn points for their houses. After a tough competition, Milton House claimed victory – a well-earned achievement!
Words of Wisdom from Old Boys 🎓
It was a privilege to welcome back some remarkable alumni who shared their experiences and words of encouragement. Dr. Brian Firth (Cardiologist), Reverend Norman Voss, and Dr. Bazil Kletz inspired the young gentlemen of College with stories of perseverance and success, showing just how far a Potch College student can go.

After all the running and inspiration, it was time to relax and enjoy the festivities! The boys indulged in cake and treats, while fun games and water slides provided the perfect way to unwind and celebrate this incredible milestone.
