Standard Triathlon
Age Group: Age Groupers (born 2004 and earlier)
Course: 1500M swim, 40km cycle, 10km run
Sprint Triathlon
Age Group: 16-19 (born 2005 to 2008), Age Groupers (born 2004 and earlier)
Course: 750M swim, 20km cycle, 5km run
Super Sprint Triathlon
Age Group: 12-15 (born 2009-2012)
Course: 400M swim, 10km cycle, 2.5km run
Kids Fun Race
Age Group: 11 years and under (born 2013 and after)
Course: 400m swim, 3km cycle, 400m run

Course: 10km run, 40km cycle, 5km run
Sprint Duathlon

Sprint Tri/Duathlon: R220 (R50 day license if not affiliated)
