Core Technical Requirements
Strong, hands on experience operating cloud environments in both Azure and AWS
Solid understanding of:
Cloud networking including routing, DNS, VPNs, and security controls
Identity and access management principles
Compute, storage, and platform services
Cloud security fundamentals and shared responsibility models
Proven experience supporting production cloud infrastructure and resolving live incidents
Good working knowledge of Linux in cloud environments
Experience with native cloud monitoring, logging, and alerting tools
Ability to assess operational risk and impact before making changes in production

Duties Include:
The role You will build, operate, and continuously improve cloud infrastructure with a strong focus on reliability, security, and operational discipline. The environment values simplicity, consistency, and well governed change over constant reinvention.
Key Technical Responsibilities
Design, deploy, and operate cloud infrastructure across Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services
Manage core cloud services including virtual machines, storage, networking, and identity
Configure and maintain virtual networks, subnets, routing, firewalls, security groups, and private connectivity
Implement and manage identity and access controls using native cloud IAM services
Ensure environments are securely configured, regularly patched, and compliant with internal standards
Implement monitoring, alerting, and logging for infrastructure health, performance, and security events
Troubleshoot and resolve complex cloud infrastructure incidents in production environments
Design and maintain backup, restore, and disaster recovery solutions
Support high availability and resilience requirements across critical systems
Automate infrastructure provisioning and operational tasks using scripting or Infrastructure as Code approaches
Monitor cloud usage and costs, identifying optimisation opportunities
Produce and maintain clear, accurate technical documentation
Work closely with cybersecurity, network, and application teams to support secure and reliable operations
Participate in after hours support and incident response when require
