Duties Include:
As the General Manager, you will take charge of sales, operations, and administration, driving improvements in service delivery to exceed operational requirements. Your expertise will ensure compliance with ISO guidelines, the achievement of branch and regional targets, and the overall profitability of the branch.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and take responsibility for sales, operations, and administration.
Drive service delivery improvements to meet route optimization and quality KPIs.
Ensure compliance with ISO guidelines.
Manage branch profitability and meet targets.
Facilitate equity, health, and safety committee meetings, ensuring submission of meeting minutes.
Develop and train staff members.
Implement HR controls to drive a motivated and skilled workforce.
Foster professional relationships with customers to grow the business.
Prepare budgets and strategize for sustainable growth.
Manage OPEX efficiently.
