Assessment: Mentoring learners, providing feedback, and tracking student progress.
Development: Creating and updating training materials and lesson plans to reflect industry changes.
Collaboration: Working with academic staff to integrate the curriculum with industry needs.
Quality Assurance: Participating in program improvement initiatives and potentially facilitating or moderating assessments.
