What We’re Looking For
• Previous property brokerage or sales experience (advantageous but not essential).
• Strong communication, networking and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, disciplined and comfortable working independently.
• Valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle.
• PPRA registration or willingness to register.
Duties Include:
What You’ll Do
• Source and list commercial & industrial properties (warehousing, retail, offices).
• Build and maintain strong landlord & tenant relationships.
• Conduct viewings, valuations, negotiations and deal facilitation.
• Manage your pipeline and CRM effectively to maximise monthly deal flow.
• Represent Kingstons professionally within the West Rand region.
