Develop and maintain a consistent social media editorial calendar. Use social media monitoring tools to track conversations, measure performance, and report on key metrics. Collaborate with the digital media team to brainstorm and implement new ideas, trends, and concepts for social media channels. Produce high-quality content that aligns with the brand’s image and values. Conduct research and monitor competitor activities to stay informed on industry trends.
