We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Plant Manager to oversee the operations of multiple plants. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining plant standards, managing stock control, quality control, fleet management, and ensuring compliance with safety and administrative requirements.

REQUIREMENTS
Previous experience in plant management or a similar operational role.
Experience in the Ready-Mix Concrete industry is essential.
Experience managing multiple plants will be advantageous.
Strong leadership, organizational and people management skills.
Knowledge of stock control, quality control and fleet management.
Good understanding of health and safety requirements.
Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel between sites.
Duties Include:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Stock control and management of various materials across multiple plants.
Ensure all required paperwork and documentation is submitted to the office on a daily basis.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure all plants are maintained to company standards.
Ensure all plant safety files are current, complete, and compliant with relevant regulations.
Conduct site visits as required to monitor operations and address any issues.
Ensure quality control of products and compliance with quality standards.
Manage and maintain the company fleet to ensure vehicles and equipment are roadworthy, efficient and in good condition.
Assist in maintaining efficient plant operations and productivity.
Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
