Experience Needed:
A relevant BCom degree, BCom degree in either Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
* At least two years relevant experience in recruitment. Candidates with recruitment experience within the agricultural industry will receive preference.
* Experience with selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference checks).
* Knowledge of HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management
Systems (CMS).
* Hands-on experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information
Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS)

* Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, job boards, resume
databases, professional networks and referrals.
* Attract suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums and social media.
* Screen candidates' resumes and job applications according to the relevant standard operating
procedure.
* Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
* Identify future hiring needs by collaborating with the Human Resource Business Partners to compile a consistent list of requirements.
* Promote the organisation's reputation and attractiveness as an employer of choice.
* Keep up to date on current employment legislation and regulations, and enforcing them within
the company.
* Make use of and review various search engines, networking and headhunting sources to
ensure continuous optimisation.
* Placement of advertisements.
* Coordinate recruitment drives and build talent pools.
* Collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring
needs.
* Follow up with Human Resource Business Partners on applicants submitted for reviewed and interviewed.
* Manage all communication with candidates from applying to onboarding.
* Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection
process.
* Develop and maintain good relationships with core applicants to ensure loyalty.
* Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-fill and cost-per-hire).
* Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the HR department.
* Providing recruitment reports to team managers.
