Proven experience with SARS eFiling and SARS EasyFile
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Experience with UI Filing
Knowledge and experience with CIPC processes
Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines
Must have own transport

Duties Include:
An established auditors’ office is seeking a competent and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Answering and managing incoming telephone calls
Handling and responding to SARS correspondence
Assisting with statutory and compliance-related work
Filing and maintaining accurate records
Managing CIPC submissions and ongoing requirements
Compiling letters and providing general administrative support
Additional Info:
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:30
Lunch break: 13:00 – 14:00
