Our client, a well-established group of companies in the automotive sector, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Financial Manager to oversee and streamline financial operations across multiple entities. This is a key role for a hands-on finance professional who thrives in a dynamic, multi-entity environment.
Key Responsibilities
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
• Trial Balance Reconciliations: Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of trial balances across all entities.
• Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
• Payroll Oversight: Manage and review payroll processes to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Month-End & Year-End Close: Coordinate and execute financial closing activities.
• Compliance & Audit: Ensure adherence to statutory requirements and support audit processes.
• Stakeholder Reporting: Prepare financial reports for internal and external stakeholders, including directors and auditors.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in financial systems and controls.
