Duties Include:
The Role:
To provide direct support to service users, ensure a safe and welcoming environment, to help coordinate programs, projects, and services, and maintain compliance with relevant policies, safeguarding standards, and funding requirements.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement policies, procedures, and risk assessments
Maintain records, databases, reports, and statistics for monitoring and evaluation
Conduct assessments of clients' needs and create support or care plans
Design and deliver group activities, workshops, and outreach initiatives (e.g., life skills and wellbeing sessions)
Monitor service impact and adapt programs based on client needs
Liaison with relevant Government departments and stakeholders

Salary & Application
Salary: R14 000 – R17 000 (based on experience and qualifications)
