Qualifications
1. Matric and or experience in restaurant or bar management
2. Post matric qualifications will be an added advantage
3. Strong knowledge of liquor products, mixology, and responsible service practices
4. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
5. Proven ability to drive profitability
Practical and logistical requirements
1. Willingness to work unfixed hours including weekends, holidays and peak season
2. Proficiency with common business software, including point of sale systems and social media
Duties Include:
As the Manager, you will oversee all daily operations, including supervising and motivating front of house bar to deliver outstanding service, scheduling, stock management, inventory control, handle customer customer feedback and resolve their issues promptly and professionally, ensure compliance with all applicable laws such as liquor laws, health and safety laws, labour laws and all other relevant regulations.
It will be your responsibility to ensure that the business runs efficiently, profitably, and in line with our brand’s commitment to quality and hospitality.
