Wait Time Management

Estimate and communicate accurate waiting times to guests, ensuring a comfortable waiting experience.

Information & Assistance

Answer phone calls, provide information about the restaurant, menu, and hours, and address general guest inquiries.

Menu Knowledge

Understand menu items, ingredients, and prices; assist guests with questions and make recommendations when asked.

Front-of-House Operations

Maintain a clean and organized host stand and front-of-house area, ensuring hygiene and presentation standards are met.

Team Support

Support waitstaff by refilling water, running food, and assisting with table bussing when needed.

Handle guest complaints promptly and professionally.
