Qualifications and Technical Expertise
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Chartered HR Professional (SABPP, CIPD, or equivalent) is advantageous.
- Minimum 8 years’ progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a strategic HRBP or senior HR leadership role.
- Demonstrated experience in organisational development, talent management, and culture transformation.

Key Responsibilities
Culture & Values Alignment
- Lead initiatives to embed organisational values into daily practices, performance reviews, and team rituals.
- Facilitate values alignment workshops and culture pulse surveys.
- Develop and implement a culture roadmap, including onboarding rituals and engagement initiatives.
Organisational Development
- Drive strategic workforce planning aligned with business growth and product-market fit.
- Conduct organisational structure reviews to ensure role clarity and strategic accountability.
- Facilitate interdepartmental alignment sessions and define cross-functional workflows (e.g., RACI).
Leadership & Talent Development
- End-to-End Talent Acquisition:
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from workforce planning and talent sourcing to interviewing, selection, and offer management.
- Oversee a seamless onboarding process, ensuring new hires are effectively integrated into the organisation’s culture, values, and operational routines.
- Leadership Development:
- Design and implement leadership coaching, mentorship programmes, and structured development plans.
- Launch targeted product training and assign product champions to support knowledge dissemination.
- Oversee skills-based hiring and competency assessments.
Change Management
- Communicate and support cultural change initiatives, including formal change programmes and feedback channels.
- Provide conflict management training and establish clear escalation and mediation processes.
Performance & Accountability
- Develop structured communication protocols with documented action items and timelines.
- Transition to data-driven attendance and productivity management.
- Integrate eLearning adoption and completion into performance reviews.
Process Improvement
- Lead automation of manual HR processes (e.g., payroll checks).
- Enforce meeting discipline and drive efficiency in organisational routines
