Experience Needed:

Minimum Requirements Experience: Minimum 7 years in the Private Security Industry Licenses/Certificates: Valid Driver’s License PSIRA Registered – Grade A (preferred) Security Management diploma/degree (advantageous) Firearm Competency Certificate

Requirements:

Skills: Computer literate Strong verbal and written communication Ability to manage a diverse workforce Strong client liaison skills Knowledge Areas: NBCPSS Collective Agreement PSIRA Rules & Regulations Firearms and Ammunition Control Act Occupational Health and Safety in the workplace ⚙️ Key Abilities Required Site procedures and inductions Conducting risk assessments and incident reporting Managing a vehicle fleet Leading teams and operational excellence

Duties Include:

Responsibilities (include but not limited to) Enforce compliance with laws, regulations, and internal protocols Ensure smooth shift operations Liaise with clients and manage contract-related matters Handle incidents and ensure thorough investigation Conduct training, development, and performance management for staff
