Duties and Responsibilities Graphic Design Design & Develop layout and print-ready files for magazines, adverts, creative posts for social media, outdoor, and all other relevant visual marketing products for different platforms. Create product flyers, information catalogues, and technical information sheets. Marketing assistance Ensure timely procurement and availability of all corporate wear for the head office and marketing team. Ensure the availability of all promotional items by facilitating effective and efficient communications with suppliers. Manage the placement, updates, and overall presence of adverts and promotional content on all social media channels. Assist in organizing and coordinating corporate events (Nampo, staff functions, etc). Admin Coordinate and arrange accommodation and travel through travel agents for the Management and Sales & Marketing team. Ad hoc administrative tasks for Technical- and Sales & Marketing teams.
