Duties Include:
Job Summary:
Training period to be functional in various departments within the Company i.e., driving time on the truck, workshop, fleet control, call centre, marketing etc.
AFTER SUCCESSFUL TRAINING PERIOD:
Oversee all aspects of fleet management (productivity, wages, fuel consumption, etc)
Assign tasks to drivers
Track shipments and deliveries
Constant monitoring of performance and efficiency & finding ways to improve productivity
Co-ordinate vehicle maintenance to ensure the fleet is maintained in a safe and roadworthy condition
Monthly inspections and arrangements for services and repairs
