Duties Include:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to lead our Rustenburg branch. This is a combined Sales and Operations Management role due to the branch size, requiring someone who can drive growth while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Remuneration
Competitive, market-related salary: R20,000-R35,000 CTC per month, depending on experience.
Package includes:
Basic salary.
Company car or vehicle allowance with fuel card.
Mobile phone allowance.
Performance-based bonuses tied to client retention and profitability.
