KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with installation, maintenance and support of office automation equipment (printers, copiers, multifunction devices)

Provide first-line IT support to clients

Troubleshoot hardware, software and network-related issues

Assist senior technicians with onsite installations and service calls

Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach

This is an apprenticeship position with hands-on training and mentorship. Salary and responsibilities will be reviewed as skills, experience and competency levels develop.

STARTING SALARY
R6,000 PER MONTH
Salary will be reviewed once training and competency levels are achieved.
