Duties & Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Sales Support
Identify and qualify potential customers through outbound prospecting.
Support senior sales executives in building and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
Conduct initial discovery calls to understand client needs.
Maintain accurate CRM records.
Digital Solution Familiarisation & Selling
Learn and support the sale of iSON Xperiences’ digital solutions.
Assist with proposals, presentations, and demos.
Participate in client meetings with senior team members.
Sales Cycle Assistance
Support sales process from lead qualification to onboarding.
Help compile proposals and pricing inputs.
Coordinate internally with marketing and pre-sales teams.
Relationship Building
Develop professional relationships with client stakeholders.
Act as a follow-up contact for prospects.
Represent iSON Xperiences professionally.
Performance Tracking & Learning
Track personal sales activity KPIs.
Provide market and prospect feedback.
Continuously build CX and digital knowledge
