Minimum Qualifications:
• Matric
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Parts environment
• Code 08 driver’s licence
Duties Include:
This role reports directly to the Parts Manager and is ideal for a customer-focused professional with a strong background in automotive parts sales.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Sell manufacturer-approved parts and accessories to internal and external customers
• Handle and resolve customer complaints and queries timeously
• Manage and follow up on parts orders and shipment issues
• Maintain strong working relationships with suppliers and vendors
• Ensure excellent customer service and high levels of customer satisfaction
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and standards
