Identify and secure new accounts and high value contracts
Expand existing accounts through structured upselling and cross selling initiatives
Deliver consistent and measurable revenue growth in line with agreed targets
Strategic Market Leadership
Analyse competitor positioning, pricing trends and market movements
Contribute to pricing strategy in collaboration with finance
Identify expansion opportunities and new revenue streams
Provide commercial insight and strategic input to senior management
Key Account and Negotiation Authority
Lead major pricing negotiations and long term supply agreements
Manage high level customer relationships at operational and procurement level
Resolve escalated commercial matters decisively and professionally
Ensure strong client retention and repeat business
Sales Team Performance
Lead, coach and performance manage the sales team
Set clear KPIs and enforce accountability
Drive a results oriented, target focused culture
Conduct structured sales reviews and manage pipeline reporting
Operational Discipline
Ensure accuracy in quotations, contracts and pricing approvals
Monitor credit exposure and payment cycles
Maintain compliance with company policy and industry standards
