Experience Needed:

The Elgro Hotel in Potchefstroom is looking for a Shift Manager to join their team. 🛎️ Minimum Requirements: Minimum 5 years’ experience in a management or supervisory role in the hospitality industry Applicants must be 35 years of age or older

Requirements:

Remain reliable and effective in a fast-paced, multitasking environment Diploma or Degree in Hotel or Hospitality Management preferred Salary to be discussed during the interview

Duties Include:

Oversee daily operations of the establishment Manage organizational and administrative tasks Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays Maintain high guest service standards Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Lead and supervise staff with strong leadership skills Perform stock control and conduct night audits Be available for overtime when necessary
