Position: Female Manager
Key Responsibilities:

Guest relations: meeting and greeting guests

Check-ins and check-outs

Hotel/lodge management experience (hospitality qualification ideal)

Administrative duties: operations, controls, cost management, and computer skills

Housekeeping oversight

Conferencing coordination

Event and function management

Teamwork and staff collaboration

Quality control of chalets and public areas

Excellent communication skills

Hosting of guests

Promoting goodwill through courteous, friendly, and helpful service

Managing daily lodge operations

Strong HR and staff management skills

Eye for detail and organizational excellence
