Minimum Requirements:
SAICA or SAIPA articles completed and signed off (non-negotiable)
Relevant accounting qualification
Experience in a professional services / accounting practice
Advantageous:
Post-articles experience in a practice environment
Prior experience managing a client portfolio independently
Duties Include:
Manage a portfolio of clients independently
Prepare and submit VAT201s and perform VAT reconciliations
Process payroll and complete EMP201 and EMP501 reconciliations
Compile annual financial statements and supporting schedules
Assist with audit preparation and respond to queries (guidance provided)
Review trainee work and provide technical guidance and mentoring
