System Support Specialist
Minimum 3-5 years of practical service delivery experience in the Information Technology Industry as an IT Support or Desktop Support Technician Minimum (NON NEGOTIABLE) Relevant industry certifications with CompTIA A+, Network+, security and relevant Microsoft qualifications. Preferably a Microsoft 365 qualification Technical Support, Troubleshooting, and System Administration skills Analytical and problem-solving skills Experience with Windows and/or Linux Operating Systems Experience with networking protocols and hardware

Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a System Support Specialist, based in Potchefstroom with some possibilities of work-from-home flexibility. The System Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues, as well as troubleshooting and systems administration.
