Grade 12
English AND Afrikaans proficient. Read, write, speak
CompTIA A+, N+
MS365 certification & experience
Minimum 3-5 years’ practical experience in a business IT support environment
Driver’s license
Extensive Windows server, Microsoft 365, and desktop support experience
Qualifications and experience in the following will be advantageous:
Network experience is beneficial. (Wireless, Cameras, etc)
Experience in an MSP environment
Remote and telephone desktop support
Automation and scripting

Duties & Responsibilities
Installing and maintaining computer hardware, software, wired and wireless networks at clients’ premises
Provide desktop & server remote support to the end users, external clients, and onsite visitors
Record incidents and service requests and ensure incidents are resolved properly and timely
Identify problems, assess impact and escalate accordingly
Setting up and troubleshooting of networks and software
Execution of various client 2nd line support
Knowledge of networks, servers, data management & security
Perform local and remote testing on equipment, including running computer programs to diagnose faults
