Duties Include:
Duties & Responsibilities
Installing and maintaining computer hardware, software, wired and wireless networks at clients’ premises
Provide desktop & server remote support to the end users, external clients, and onsite visitors
Record incidents and service requests and ensure incidents are resolved properly and timely
Identify problems, assess impact and escalate accordingly
Setting up and troubleshooting of networks and software
Execution of various client 2nd line support
Knowledge of networks, servers, data management & security
Perform local and remote testing on equipment, including running computer programs to diagnose faults
