Minimum Required:
Grade 12
A+, N+ (MIN REQUIRED)
Driver’s license (MIN REQUIRED)
At least TWO (2) years of practical IT experience (MIN REQUIRED)
Extensive Windows 10+, MS365, and desktop support experience needed
Qualifications and experience in the following will be advantageous:
Microsoft 365 Certification
Remote and telephone desktop support and using a ticketing system.
Network experience is beneficial. (Wireless, Cameras etc)

Duties & Responsibilities
Installing and maintaining computer hardware, software, wired and wireless networks at clients’ premises
Provide desktop and remote support to the end users, external clients, and onsite visitors
Record incidents and service requests and ensure incidents are resolved properly and timely
Identify problems, assess impact, and escalate accordingly
Setting up and troubleshooting hardware, networks, and software
Execution of various client 1st line and desktop support tasks
User remote support
