Qualifications and skills
Relevant experience in guesthouse, bed & breakfast, lodge, or small hotel management/reception
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently and lead a small team
Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive
Comfortable with rural/farm life and environment
Duties Include:
Key responsibilities
Manage reservations, reception, check-in and check-out processes
Supervise and coordinate the cleaning team to maintain high standards
Conduct room and facility inspections; report and follow up on maintenance issues
Interact with guests, manage communications, and foster positive relationships
Handle purchasing, stock control, and inventory management
Plan and coordinate functions and events as required
