✅2–5 years retail management/supervisory experience (hardware/industrial retail is a big advantage)
✅Strong sales ability and customer-service mindset
✅Good leadership skills (team management, discipline, coaching)
✅Solid admin skills and attention to detail
✅Comfortable with PASTEL, email, and basic spreadsheets
✅Able to work Saturdays and retail hours when required
✅Reliable transport and strong work ethic

Duties Include:

𝐅𝐥𝐨-𝐓𝐞𝐤 𝐍𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐡 𝐖𝐞𝐬𝐭 is looking for a strong, hands-on Retail Operations & Sales Manager to lead our store team, drive sales, and keep daily operations running smoothly.
📍 𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Potchefstroom (Flo-Tek Retail & Hardware)

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
✅Manage daily store operations (opening/closing, cleanliness, readiness, standards)
✅Lead, train and motivate the sales team
✅Drive sales targets and improve customer experience
✅Handle stock control (receiving, counts, shrinkage control, ordering support)
✅Manage pricing, merchandising and product displays
✅Ensure accurate admin: invoices, GRVs, cash-ups and basic reporting
✅Handle customer queries/returns professionally and effectively
✅Work closely with management on promotions, campaigns and store performance
