Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service, cashiering, or invoicing (preferably in food/retail)
Basic computer skills (Excel, POS, or invoicing software)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work accurately with numbers and weights
Trustworthy, punctual, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Duties Include:
The successful candidate will handle:
Receiving and processing customer orders
Preparing invoices and receipts
Coordinating between the sales counter, wholesale clients, and delivery operations
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and record customer orders (walk-in, phone, WhatsApp, email)
Prepare invoices and receipts accurately using POS or manual systems
Maintain up-to-date customer records (retail & wholesale)
Ensure correct pricing and weight calculations
Coordinate with the butchery team for order preparation and delivery
Handle customer queries professionally
Assist with end-of-day sales and reporting
