Duties & Responsibilities Lead and motivate the project team in order to meet or exceed all Project Targets and objectives. Managing the work performance of self and team members, and developing alignment between team capability and the function's business objectives Create and maintain strong relationships and clear lines of communication with key internal and external stakeholders Anticipate and be responsive to client and key stakeholder needs Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements and all company policies and procedures. Ensure an engaged and high-performing team through initiatives such as individual performance development reviews, career conversations and career development, succession planning, and remuneration reviews Managing project progress and adapting work as required Designing a risk mitigation plan Conducting project reviews and creating detailed reports for international headquarters Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
