Description
Minimum 2–5 years' administrative experience in a construction, engineering, or service-based environment
Experience with booking and coordinating site meetings and project schedules
Excellent communication and client relationship skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Duties Include:
Duties include:
Maintain and update site documentation and records.
Capture and process timesheets, attendance registers, and leave records.
Assist with procurement, purchase orders, and stock control.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site reports.
Manage filing systems and document control.
Coordinate communication between site personnel, management, and clients.
Assist with onboarding and administration of site employees.
Ensure compliance documentation is kept up to date.
General administrative duties as required.

Previous experience working on Valterra or Anglo American sites will be advantageous
