Complete daily diaries and ensure projects is as per planning schedule.
Oversee staff and assist in rebuild of furnaces.
Perform maintenance during rebuilds.
Have a verified trade certificate.
Duties Include:
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and supervise projects from inception to completion.
Manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to meet project goal.
Develop and maintain project schedules, including timelines and milestones.
Ensure compliance with client standards, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Collaborate with customer to ensure their needs are met.
Conduct regular site inspections and report on progress, challenges, and solutions and submit to Manager.
Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a culture of safety and excellence.
Communicate effectively with clients.
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize delays and cost overruns.
