Red Seal Trade Certificate (Fitter) – essential
Minimum 3 years' experience in fabrication, welding, and heavy industrial construction
Minimum 5 years' experience in maintenance, assembly, and installation of mechanical equipment
Strong knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
Ability to read and interpret engineering and technical drawings
Experience in industrial plant maintenance or construction environments
Knowledge of OHS standards and safe work practices

Install, assemble, and maintain mechanical components and machinery
Perform fault finding and troubleshooting on plant equipment
Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance
Dismantle and repair pumps, gearboxes, and mechanical drives
Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure compliance with site safety standards
