Red Seal Trade Certificate (Rigger) – essential
Minimum years' 3 experience in rigging within heavy industrial, construction, or mining environments
Proven ability to plan and execute lifts safely according to rigging plans and load charts
Strong knowledge of lifting equipment, slings, cranes, and hoisting gear
Experience with structural steel erection, plant maintenance, and shutdown work
Must understand OHS Act and safe lifting practices

Install, assemble, and maintain mechanical components and machinery
Perform fault finding and troubleshooting on plant equipment
Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance
Dismantle and repair pumps, gearboxes, and mechanical drives
Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure compliance with site safety standards
