A vacancy is available in the Gosiame Group for a skilled Office/Financial Manager who is flexible, adaptable, organised, proactive and detail-oriented. We are looking for an all-rounder with strong initiative to ensure smooth business and project operations from behind the scenes.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Administration, Human Resources or a related field (preferred)
Experience with Creditors and Debtors
Previous bookkeeping experience
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel – essential)
Experience with accounting software (e.g. Sage – advantageous)
Prior office management or admin experience
Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Knowledge of the mining, contractors or supply industry (advantageous)
Customer service experience (advantageous)
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Matric Certificate
Valid driver’s licence with a minimum of 3 years’ driving experience
Duties Include:
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all office activities, including HR, finance and operations
Manage accounts and liaise with debtors and creditors
Ensure compliance with company and legal policies
Supervise junior staff (where applicable)
Maintain office supplies and equipment
Improve and streamline administrative processes
Work closely with senior management to optimise operational efficiency
Provide strategic insight to support business development and growth
Additional Info:
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 08:00–17:00
Every second Saturday: 08:00–12:00
Must be willing to work after hours when required
