Description
We are looking for a reliable, hands-on Accounts / Admin Officer who will function as an all-rounder within the business. The successful candidate will provide support across accounts, administration, and general office operations, contributing to the smooth day-to-day running of the business.

Minimum Requirements:
Previous experience in an accounts and/or administrative role
Basic accounting knowledge (debtors, creditors, invoicing)
Computer literate (MS Excel and Word; accounting software advantageous)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and organisational skills
Advantageous:
Relevant qualification in Accounting or Administration
Experience with accounting systems (e.g. Pastel, Sage, Xero)
Duties Include:
Key Responsibilities:
Processing invoices, statements, and payments
Managing debtors and creditors
Capturing financial data and maintaining accurate records
Assisting with reconciliations & basic bookkeeping
Performing general administrative duties (filing, emails, documentation)
Providing support across various areas of the business as required
Liaising with suppliers, clients, and internal departments
Assisting management with ad-hoc tasks
