Duties Include:
We are seeking a confident, capable and self-driven Administration Officer to take ownership of our front office and administrative operations.
This role requires a strong personality who can work independently, take initiative, and manage responsibilities without constant supervision. The successful candidate will be entrusted with confidential company documentation and must demonstrate integrity, professionalism and discretion at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
Front office management and reception duties
Handling confidential documentation and company records
Administrative coordination between departments
Maintaining filing systems and office organisation
Assisting management with reporting and documentation
Ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative operations
