Qualifications and skills
⦁ Excellent organizational and administrative abilities
⦁ Strong communication skills with a growing sales focus
⦁ Attention to detail and accuracy
⦁ Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented
⦁ Grade 12 or equivalent (relevant tertiary qualification desirable)
⦁ Sales experience preferred but not essential
⦁ Proficient in Afrikaans and English
⦁ Strong MS Word, Excel, and Outlook skills; knowledge of SYSPRO advantageous
Duties Include:
Key responsibilities
⦁ Respond to inbound customer inquiries with quotations, product/service information, pricing, and promotions
⦁ Answer phone inquiries professionally and efficiently; provide accurate information and clear next steps
⦁ Process sales orders and coordinate dispatch and administration of products/services sold
⦁ Address and escalate customer complaints related to sales as needed
⦁ Provide administrative support for sales documents and records
⦁ Identify potential sales leads and escalate them to external sales staff
⦁ Manage customer orders with accuracy and efficiency
⦁ Leverage inbound calls and opportunities to generate sales
