Duties Include:
Key responsibilities
⦁ VAT: Registration, preparation, reconciliation and submission of VAT returns
⦁ PAYE: Registration, preparation, reconciliation and submission of PAYE returns
⦁ SARS: E-filing registrations; Income tax registrations, preparation and submission
⦁ Preparation and submission of Provisional and Annual Tax Returns
⦁ EMP201 and manage payroll-related tasks
⦁ Data entry: Capture bank statements; assist with bookkeeping tasks
⦁ Corporate secretarial: CIPC company registrations and amendments; submit annual returns
⦁ Beneficial ownership, UIF, Compensation Commissioner registrations
⦁ Trust registrations and amendments
⦁ Client invoicing and handling enquiries
