Duties Include:
Hyrax Personnel Placements is recruiting on behalf of a prestigious tertiary academy to fill an essential role that replaces a current SME who has advanced to a Senior Training Officer position.
Responsibilities
Deliver practical and theoretical training modules to enhance student understanding and employability.
Plan, coordinate, and conduct practical demonstrations and workshops aligned to current industry standards.
Assess, mentor, and provide constructive feedback to learners, track and report on student progress.
Develop and update training materials, lesson plans, and assessments to reflect industry changes.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and safety-conscious learning environment.
Collaborate with academic staff to integrate curriculum with industry needs.
Participate in quality assurance processes and contribute to program improvement initiatives.
Potential to facilitate and moderate assessments and classroom activities as part of a structured program.
