KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee daily operations
Manage preventative & reactive maintenance
Handle ad hoc maintenance services
Lead and supervise a medium-sized team
Liaise with clients and contractors
Implement systems, schedules and workflows
Maintain high health & safety standards
