Perform routine maintenance and repairs across electrical, carpentry, and painting
Handle both reactive (urgent fixes) and proactive (preventive) tasks
Diagnose issues and provide practical solutions
Maintain tools and equipment in good working order
Ensure compliance with safety standards and keep work areas tidy
