KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Full claim handling process: logging, scheduling, documentation, and resolution
Liaising directly with insurers, assessors, and policyholders
Prioritizing emergency claims
Quality control on reports, quotes, and completion notes
Following up on outstanding documents, notes, and feedback
Updating and maintaining SPM, Symbility and claim logs
Supporting contractors and internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
Handling inbound client queries and complaints with tact and urgency
