Duties & Responsibilities

Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and prospects within the HR sector, targeting companies with talent management, HR solutions, and performance management needs.
•
Sales of HR Products and Services: Promote and sell the company’s HR solutions, including talent management, recruitment, training, organizational development, and other tailored HR services.
•
Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to contract signing, ensuring client needs are met while meeting sales objectives.
•
Contract Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and HR service delivery conditions based on client requirements.
•
Growth Strategy: Develop and execute short and medium-term growth strategies for HR products and services in collaboration with the marketing team and HR managers.
•
Existing Client Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify new sales or service opportunities to increase revenue.
•
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand client needs, industry trends, and identify new opportunities.
•
Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales performance, results, and forecasts to leadership.
•
Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest trends in HR products and services, technology, and best practices to effectively meet client needs.
