Duties & Responsibilities

Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and prospects within the HR sector, targeting companies with talent management, HR solutions, and performance management needs.

Sales of HR Products and Services: Promote and sell the company’s HR solutions, including talent management, recruitment, training, organizational development, and other tailored HR services.

Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to contract signing, ensuring client needs are met while meeting sales objectives.

Contract Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and HR service delivery conditions based on client requirements.

Growth Strategy: Develop and execute short and medium-term growth strategies for HR products and services in collaboration with the marketing team and HR managers.

Existing Client Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify new sales or service opportunities to increase revenue.

Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand client needs, industry trends, and identify new opportunities.

Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales performance, results, and forecasts to leadership.

Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest trends in HR products and services, technology, and best practices to effectively meet client needs.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor the message to the target audience.

Languages: Proficiency in English (written and oral). Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

Additional Assets

Proficiency with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools.

Experience selling HR SaaS solutions or other HR technology products.

Knowledge of trends and innovations in the HR industry.
